Wu Baoan, director of the General Office of the State Administration of Radio, made an opening speech. Fu Hongxing, director of the China Film Arts Research Center made a concluding speech. Rao Shuguang, deputy director of the China Film Arts Research Center and Chen Xuguang, director of the Peking University Film and Television Drama Research Center, respectively presided over the conference.
