以TRIP800钢板的疲劳裂纹为研究对象,根据疲劳裂纹扩展基本理论和有限元技术,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对其疲劳过程进行应力场分析。研究了应力循环条件下的疲劳损伤现象,建立了应力循环条件下的应力分析模型,在确定应力集中部位的基础上,分析裂纹源产生的条件,进而模拟计算裂纹尖端应力强度因子。提出了平面问题应力强度因子的一种数值模拟方法,对汽车车身应力强度因子的求解具有重要意义。
Taking fatigue crack of TRIP800 steel as the research object, according to the basic theory of fatigue crack growth and finite element technology, the stress field analysis of fatigue process is carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis software. The fatigue damage under stress cycling condition is studied. The stress analysis model under stress cycling condition is established. Based on the stress concentration region, the condition of crack source is analyzed, and the stress intensity factor at crack tip is simulated. A numerical simulation method of stress intensity factor for plane problem is proposed, which is of great significance for solving the stress intensity factor of automobile body.
