今天的戏剧虽然表面昌盛,但对比影视,仍然是惨淡经营。元明戏曲的兴衰轨迹证明,戏剧艺术的繁荣不仅要求社会资源与市场资源的具备,更为重要的是伟大剧作家的出现,也即人才资源的培养。伟大作家心智结构中核心的东西,在于他们敏锐把握现世的矛盾与需求,用独特的感悟,给予所承继的传统与文化以新的重设和内涵,并以儒家的淑世精神,在作品中表现对于现世民众和社会的无限深情,投射饱含力度的人文关怀。
