经济犯罪直接侵害的虽然是国家、集体或公民的合法经济利益,但也严重地危害着国家的政治稳定和社会安定。防治经济犯罪必须从整体战略上考虑,采取三方面的措施:一、建立严密的经济安全保障体系;二、构筑灵敏的经济犯罪预警系统;三、加大对经济犯罪的惩处力度。 Although economic crimes directly infringe on the legitimate economic interests of the state, the collective or the citizens, they also seriously endanger the political stability and social stability of the country. To prevent and control economic crimes, we must consider the overall strategy and adopt three measures: first, to establish a strict economic security system; secondly, to establish a sensitive early warning system for economic crimes; and third, to increase penalties for economic crimes.
