基底动脉尖综合征(Top of the basilar symdrome,TOBS),为脑梗死的一个较少见类型,因病灶涉及幕上、幕下多个重要结构,表现复杂,病情重。现将我们于2000～2010年收治的14例TOBS分析报告如下。
