不管是一个国家还是一个企业甚至小到一个家庭,人是其组成的最基本单位。有人的聚集才有家,才有企业,才有国家,一个人无法发展任何事业。如何才能把人聚集起来,首先人心要安,只有安心的人才能稳定,稳定的人更利于聚集。对于一个企业来说,如果想要稳住员工的心,首先要做的就是给予他们应有的尊重及待遇,在管理策略也应以员工作为出发点,这才是现代化的管理。由于酒店经营中,往往员工流动性较大,其主要原因就是员工心不安,如果管理者采用了儒家思想中的“以人为本”思想来对酒店进行管理,将得到意外的效果,本文叙述“以人为本”思想对现代酒店经营管理的启示。
