Objective To explore the physiological responses of amphibious armored vehicles pilots in sea training in summer and to provide a scientific basis for unit training and equipment improvement. Methods In the process of sea training, a number of physiological indicators of 10 drivers were monitored in real time. Results The driver’s heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, respiratory rate and ventilation showed an increasing trend in the sea training. The maximum increase range was 39.6% of heart rate, systolic blood pressure of 11.7%, body temperature of 1.9%, respiratory rate of 37.0% and ventilation of 59.9% The oxygen saturation showed a downward trend, a decrease of 1.3%. Conclusion Due to the common influence of operating time, working environment, homework task and working psychology, the physiological load of driver in sea training is aggravated.
