纳米颗粒的体内生物安全性是目前纳米技术研究领域的热点问题,对于纳米颗粒在生物医药应用时是否会产生纳米毒性为众多学者所关注。纳米颗粒的体内代谢动力学表现是影响其体内纳米毒性的主要因素,而纳米颗粒的一些理化性能(如大小、电荷和表面性质)也会直接影响到其体内代谢动力学过程。本文将就纳米颗粒体内代谢动力学特点及其影响因素进行综述,为纳米颗粒体内生物安全性评价提供理论依据。
The biological safety of nanoparticles in vivo is a hot issue in the field of nanotechnology research. It is the concern of many scholars that whether nanoparticles will produce nanotoxicity in the biomedical applications. The in vivo pharmacokinetics of nanoparticles is a major factor affecting the in vivo toxicity of nanoparticles. Some physical and chemical properties (such as size, charge and surface properties) of nanoparticles also directly affect their in vivo kinetics. In this paper, the in vivo pharmacokinetics of nanoparticles and its influencing factors are reviewed, providing a theoretical basis for the biosafety evaluation of nanoparticles.
