当前,中等职业学校在内部管理存在突出问题,提升内部管理水平是促进中等职业学校内涵发展的现实要求。本文作者通过长期的实践研究,认为以制度护航内部管理、推行精细化管理模式、建设学习型团队是保证职业学校持续发展的三大法宝,也是提升职业学校内部管理水平的有效途径。 At present, secondary vocational schools have prominent problems in their internal management. To improve their internal management level is a realistic requirement to promote the connotation development of secondary vocational schools. Through long-term practice research, the author believes that the internal management of system escort, the implementation of meticulous management mode and the building of a learning team are the three magic weapons to ensure the sustainable development of vocational schools and also an effective way to improve the internal management level of vocational schools.
