小肠绒毛微循环的血流动力学体外研究

目的:对造成小肠绒毛易损伤的血流动力学机制进行研究。方法:根据小肠绒毛微血管结构设计制作了体外模型,建立一套模拟体循环系统。在不同的体循环状态下模型中的流量和压力被在线测量。结果:微血管内压力及流量的变化与体循环压变化呈正相关关系;当体循环压降低时,绒毛顶部毛细血管的流量和压力较绒毛底部和中部减少的幅度更大;当体循环压升高时,绒毛顶部毛细血管的流量和压力较绒毛底部和中部增加的幅度更小。结论:当体循环压降低时,绒毛顶部毛细血管的流量和压力减少比绒毛底部和中部更敏感,小肠绒毛网囊状微血管结构属特殊的、易缺血损伤结构 OBJECTIVE: To study the hemodynamic mechanisms that contribute to the vulnerability of intestinal villus. Methods: According to the structure of intestinal microvasculature, we made an in vitro model and established a simulated systemic circulation system. The flow and pressure in the model are measured on-line in different cycles. Results: The change of intravascular pressure and flow was positively correlated with the change of systemic pressure. When the systemic pressure decreased, the capillary flow and pressure at the top of villus decreased more than the bottom and middle of the villus. When the systemic pressure increased, The capillary flow and pressure at the top of the villi increase less than the bottom and middle of the villi. CONCLUSIONS: When the systemic pressure drops, the capillary flow and pressure drop at the top of the villi are more sensitive than those at the base and middle of the villi. The cystic microvessel structure of the small intestinal villi network is of a special type that is vulnerable to ischemic injury
