目的:了解а-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)五项肝酶学指标在肝癌诊断中的意义。方法:使用全自动生化分析仪对156例肝病患者和30例正常人血清中五项肝酶学指标进行检测,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果:原发性肝癌组AFU、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT五项指标均明显增高,其中AFU的血清含量为(39.5±1.76),与转移性肝癌组有差异,与良性肝占位性病变(肝血管瘤、肝囊肿等)有明显的差异P<0.05;原发性肝癌组和转移性肝癌组ALP、GGT均显著增高,与良性肝占位性病变有明显的差异P<0.05;转移性肝癌组血清ALT活性为(132.0±190.7),与原发性肝癌组血清ALT活性(64.0±25.4)相比,明显的增高P<0.05。结论:AFU、ALP、GGT在肝癌的诊断中有较好的应用价值;AFU、ALT在原发性肝癌与转移性肝癌以及良性肝占位性病变的鉴别诊断中有较好的应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of AFU, ALT, AST, GGT, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) five liver enzymes in the diagnosis of liver cancer. Methods: Six hundred and seventy-five patients with liver disease and 30 normal controls were enrolled in this study. The serum levels of five liver enzymes were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The five indexes of AFU, ALT, AST, ALP and GGT in primary hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than those in benign hepatic lesions (39.5 ± 1.76) (Hepatic hemangioma, Hepatic cyst, etc.) were significantly different P <0.05; ALP, GGT were significantly higher in primary liver cancer group and metastatic liver cancer group than in benign hepatic tumor (P <0.05); metastasis The serum ALT activity of HCC group was (132.0 ± 190.7), which was significantly higher than that of the primary liver cancer group (64.0 ± 25.4) (P <0.05). Conclusion: AFU, ALP and GGT have a good value in the diagnosis of liver cancer. AFU and ALT have a good value in the differential diagnosis of primary liver cancer and metastatic liver cancer and benign liver space-occupying lesions.
