对行驶者的一种特殊的路径选择行为进行研究,提出了延迟反应信息及其影响区的定义.通过分析延迟反应信息影响下行驶者出行路径选择规律,对传统多路径交通分配方法进行了修正.重点对修正分配法中的几个关键问题,如延迟反应信息的影响区域的描述及二次路径选择起点的确定方法、多个延迟反应信息源间的联系以及它们对分配过程的影响的处理、二次分配过程的控制方法等,进行了详细讨论,最终给出新的多路径分配算法及算例,为交通影响分析、城市道路交通管理方案的制定以及交通规划等工作提供决策依据.
