《西游记》唐僧团队在取经过程中从成员一人到师徒五人,由不同出身、本领和阅历的唐僧、孙悟空、猪八戒、沙和尚、白龙马组合而成。从最初的组合量变,到最后发生质的飞跃,形成了相互包容、为共同目标所努力的团队。在企业管理中,不同个体员工有相异的特点,领导者借鉴唐僧团队的耦合,可以有效提高组织凝聚力。
