利用气相色谱(GC)、气相色谱与质谱联用(GC-MS)和触角电位(EAG)等技术结合田间试验, 鉴定了落叶松毛虫Dendrolimus superans的性信息素成分是顺5, 反7-十二碳二烯醛(Z5,E7-12︰Ald)和顺5, 反7-十二碳二烯醇(Z5,E7-12︰OH). GC与GC-MS分析表明, 思茅松毛虫D. kikuchii性信息素腺体中含有顺5, 反7-十二碳二烯乙酸酯(Z5,E7-12︰OAc)和Z5,E7-12︰OH; 这两种成分及顺5, 反7-十二碳二烯丙酸酯(Z5,E7-12︰OPr)对雄蛾有显著的EAG活性. 赤松毛虫D. spectabilis的性信息素曾被鉴定为Z5,E7-12︰OH, 但在田间试验中发现Z5,E7-12︰OH和Z5,E7-12︰OAc及Z5,E7-12︰OPr以1︰1︰1的比例组成的诱芯的诱蛾量是Z5,E7-12︰OH单一组分诱蛾量的3倍. EAG分析表明除Z5,E7-12︰OH之外, Z5,E7-12︰OAc和Z5,E7-12︰OPr也有很强的EAG反应. 对赤松毛虫信息素单腺体提取物分析发现, 除含有大量的Z5,E7-12︰OH, 还有少量Z5,E7-12︰OAc. 因此在赤松毛虫中, Z5,E7-12︰OAc为一种性信息素微量成分, 而Z5,E7-12︰OPr是一种性引诱剂成分. 油松毛虫D. tabulaeformis性信息素腺体提取物经GC分析发现含有Z5,E7-12︰OH和Z5,E7-12︰OAc及Z5,E7-12︰OPr, 这3种成分有很强的EAG活性, 组成了油松毛虫的性信息素. 探讨了这些性信息素成分在松毛虫属昆虫
The sex pheromone components of Dendrolimus superans were identified as cis-5, trans-7-, and trans-7- Dodecadienol (Z5, E7-12: OH). GC and GC-MS analysis showed that D. kikuchii Sex pheromone glands contain cis-5, trans-7-dodecadienoacetate (Z5, E7-12: OAc) and Z5, E7-12: Dodecyl dipropionate (Z5, E7-12: OPr) had significant EAG activity on male moths. Sex pheromone of D. spectabilis had been identified as Z5, E7-12: OH, but in the field It was found that the amount of induced entrapment of Z5, E7-12: OH and Z5, E7-12: OAc and Z5, E7-12: OPr in the ratio of 1: 1︰1 was Z5, E7-12: OH EAG analysis showed that Z5, E7-12: OAc and Z5, E7-12: OPr also had strong EAG responses in addition to Z5 and E7-12: OH.
