针对飞机部件,结合SAE ARP 5150的延寿思路,开展了飞机部件延寿的风险评估方法研究,研究了威布尔分布极大似然估计法,利用实际使用维修数据确定了飞机部件的故障规律;通过建立延寿值与风险增加值之间的对应关系,提出了一种基于失效率的延寿风险评估方法;通过实例,对所提方法与SAE ARP 5150附录F3.3中提供的方法进行比较分析,表明了本方法的有效性和适用性。
