党校人力资源部门的主要任务是合理、科学安排党校教学科研人员的工作,提高党校的办学效果。党校人力资源管理策略的选择,关系到党校的创新发展水平,影响着党校培养教育作用的发挥。本文依据党校人力资源管理的实际,探讨实施创新人才战略的有效做法,以求有效提升党校教科研的教育教学效果,不断推进党校的教育事业向前发展。
The main task of the human resources department of the Party School is to rationally and scientifically arrange the work of teaching and research personnel in the Party School and improve the school-running effect of the Party School.
