制造业作为驱动佛山经济发展的发动机,在取得较大成果的同时,也面临着持续健康发展的瓶颈。而能破解瓶颈的唯有人才,尤其是创新型人才在企业转型升级过程中所发挥的作用,越来越被认同和重视。本文从佛山制造业发展现状入手,指出制造企业转型升级需要创新型人才,对佛山创新型人才建设情况进行了分析,提出了构建佛山制造业转型升级的创新型人才保障机制的建议。
As an engine that drives the economic development of Foshan, manufacturing industry, while making great achievements, is also facing the bottleneck of sustained and healthy development. The only talent that can break the bottleneck, especially the role of innovative talents in the process of enterprise transformation and upgrading, is more and more recognized and valued. This article starts with the status quo of manufacturing industry in Foshan. It points out that manufacturing enterprises need innovative talents for their transformation and upgrading, and analyzes the construction of innovative talents in Foshan. Some suggestions are put forward to establish an innovative talent guarantee mechanism for transformation and upgrading of Foshan manufacturing industry.
