In recent years, there have been many research reports on tea polysaccharide (TP). Domestic and international studies have confirmed that TP has the effects of lowering blood sugar and improving diabetes symptoms, but its mechanism of action is not yet clear, and there is no systematic report on this [ 1-5]. To this end, we extracted crude tea polysaccharides from crude old tea, through its experiment of regulating blood glucose and anti-oxidation effects on alloxan diabetic mice to explore TP.
