本文在研讨南川铝土矿烧结熟料溶出液两段脱硅净化原理基础上,进行了两段脱硅的实验条件研究,确定了最宜硅脱条件,使脱硅指数A/S由33提高到1800以上,净化后的精制液经碳酸化分解、干燥煅烧后获得质量符合GB8178-87一级要求的三氧化二铝。
In this paper, based on the two-stage desiliconization purification of the digestion solution of the sinter clinker in Nanchuan bauxite, the experimental conditions of two-stage desiliconization were studied and the optimum conditions of desiliconization were determined. The desiliconization index A / S was increased from 33 To more than 1800, purified refined liquid by carbonation decomposition, dried and calcined to obtain the quality requirements of aluminum oxide GB8178-87 level.
