体育教研组的建设受诸多因素的影响,目前,出现了教研组织行政化、教研活动形式化、教研成果功利化等不良现象。而这些问题往往是由教研组长的综合业务能力、领导能力、管理能力,以及团队成员的工作态度和作风所决定的。在此,笔者主要从教研组长、青年教师这两个角度出发谈谈教研组团队的建设。 The construction of physical education teaching and research group is affected by many factors. At present, there are some unhealthy phenomena such as the administrativeization of teaching and research organizations, the formalization of teaching and research activities, and the utilizations of teaching and research achievements. These problems are often determined by the team leader’s comprehensive business skills, leadership skills, management skills, and team work attitude and style. In this, I mainly from teaching and research team leader, young teachers from these two perspectives talk about the teaching and research team team building.
