初中生的学习成绩是学校评价教学效果、监测学生学习水平的重要依据,其中蕴含有大量可量化观察的信息。对初中生成绩数据进行长期且深入的精细化分析,可以引导学生有针对性的学习,有目的地改进学习方法。但是,目前的初中教学中,教师对学生成绩管理不重视、不深入,分析能力不足,常记载、只排名、不分析、无反馈等现象普遍存在,对教学管理信息资源造成极大浪费。转变教师观念,提高教师数据分析能力,健全成绩管理制度,可以使成绩分析报告在教学中的作用得到充分发挥。
Junior high school students ’academic performance is an important basis for evaluating the teaching effectiveness of the school and monitoring the students’ learning level, which contains a large amount of quantitative observation information. Long-term and in-depth refinement analysis of junior high school students’ performance data can guide students to targeted learning and purposefully improve learning methods. However, in the current middle school teaching, teachers pay little attention to student performance management and do not have in-depth analysis. They often keep records, and rankings, non-analysis and non-feedback are ubiquitous, causing great waste to teaching and management information resources. Changing the concept of teachers, improving the ability of teachers to analyze data and improving the performance management system can give full play to the role of performance analysis in teaching.
