对机器表征故障的功能参数,若采用仪器进行监测就可预知故障的部位,然后预先安排修理,这样可以有效地减少停机时间,节约修理成本。现简单阐述利用数字式液压流量测试仪检测小松D85A-21型推土机液压系统各元件内泄量的方法和步骤。 (1)测试条件 在测试前,要先将测试仪的负荷阀完全开启;所有测试应在同一油温下进行。以保证测试结果的一致性,小松机械的测试油温一般是50±5℃;启动发动机,驱动液压泵,并调节发动机油门,使发动机在额定转速2 000 r/min下运转。
