建立了千吨级的渗透汽化苯脱水中试装置 ,并成功地完成了中试试验研究 .结果表明该装置可将苯中的水含量从质量分数为 0 0 6%脱至 0 0 0 3%以下 ,对膜后真空度的要求不很苛刻 (~ 2 0 0 0Pa) .初步的经济分析表明 ,渗透汽化脱除苯中的微量水比恒沸精馏法节能 2 / 3.试验结果为万吨级渗透汽化苯脱水装置的设计提供了基础数据 .
