The war of resistance against Japan in China was divided into two battlefields from the very beginning: the battlefields of the Kuomintang and the battlefields of the Liberated Areas. This is the most important feature of China’s anti-Japanese war. Previously, due to various reasons, the study of this issue was not allowed to be further developed or confined to purely theoretical preaching or copy-copying. It stayed on the original conclusion and did not dare to leapfrog the mine or neglect it. This can not but be regarded as a deficit in the study of the history of the Anti-Japanese War. Therefore, based on the new historical materials and the guiding ideology of seeking truth from facts, the two battlefield issues in the War of Resistance are further explored. This is of great help in evaluating the status and role of the Anti-Japanese War in World War II and in the relations between the two parties The reunification cause of Taiwan’s return to the motherland is of great significance.
