综述了近几十年来各国对颗粒增强铝基复合材料(PRA)干滑动磨擦性能的研究成果,对影响PRA耐磨性能的因素进行了分析和总结。在铝及其合金中添加硬质陶瓷颗粒可明显提高材料的抗磨损性能,但在一定条件下,随着环境、机理的变化,PRA的磨损性能接近甚至低于基体合金。同一参数对PRA磨损性能的影响在不同文献中有不同的结论,这说明影响PRA磨损性能的众多因素间是相互联系、共同起作用的,不能孤立地研究某一个因素,为了寻找PRA———金属磨擦体系的最佳条件选配,必须综合考虑各种因素。
In this paper, the research results of the dry sliding friction properties of PRA in various countries in recent decades are summarized. The factors influencing the wear resistance of PRA are analyzed and summarized. Addition of hard ceramic particles to aluminum and its alloys can obviously improve the wear resistance of the material, but under certain conditions, PRA wear performance is close to or even lower than that of the matrix alloy with the changes of environment and mechanism. The same parameters on the PRA wear performance in different literature have different conclusions, which shows that many factors that affect the PRA wear performance are interrelated and work together, can not be studied in isolation of a factor, in order to find the PRA --- Metal friction system of the best matching options, we must consider a variety of factors.
