目的:从子囊菌中寻找抗HIV-1活性的新结构化合物。方法:应用硅胶VLC,Sephadex LH-20及反相HPLC分离化合物,根据MS,NMR等光谱技术鉴定了平面结构,并通过CD手性激子方法测定了绝对立体化学。结果:分离得到3个azaphilone类化合物,分别命名为helotialins A-C(1–3)。结论:化合物1-3为新化合物,化合物1和2具有中等的抗HIV-1活性。
Objective: To search for new structural compounds against HIV-1 activity from Ascomycetes. Methods: Compounds were separated by silica gel VLC, Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic techniques such as MS and NMR. Absolute stereochemistry was determined by CD chiral exciton method. Results: Three azaphilone compounds were isolated and named as helotialins A-C (1-3). Conclusion: Compounds 1-3 are new compounds and compounds 1 and 2 have moderate anti-HIV-1 activity.
