报道了MgF2晶体1.06μm激光损伤阈值和损伤形貌。研究了用CO2、XeCl和Cu蒸气三种不同的激光对MgF2进行激光预辐照加固和酸腐蚀加固。结果表明,Cu蒸气激光加固效果最佳,其次是酸腐蚀和XeCl激光预辐照,并对加固机理进行了分析
The laser damage threshold and damage morphology of 1.06μm MgF2 crystal were reported. The laser pre-irradiation and acid corrosion strengthening of MgF2 were studied using three different lasers, CO2, XeCl and Cu vapor. The results show that Cu vapor laser has the best reinforcement effect, followed by acid etching and XeCl laser pre-irradiation, and the reinforcement mechanism is analyzed
