工程造价控制贯穿于工程建设的全过程,是建设工程管理的一个核心部分。包括项目决策、项目设计、项目招标投标、项目施工和竣工结算这五个阶段的控制。有效地控制好工程造价,就必须在不同阶段每一步都加强控制,进行动态控制。并且工程造价全过程控制要随时纠正实施过程中发生的偏差,确保各投资估算、设计概预算和竣工决算等管理目标的实现,保各阶段费用在既定投资限额以内。
Project cost control throughout the whole process of construction, construction project management is a core part.
