目的:观察肝素钠和肝素锂抗凝血浆代替血清在临床生化检验中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年3月-2014年9月收治的90例抽血采样患者,将患者血液标本分成3份,分别置于普通试管、肝素锂抗凝试管、肝素钠抗凝试管中进行生化检验,比较三者检验结果。结果:肝素钠和肝素锂抗凝血浆的生化检验结果中,BUN,UA,AST,ALT,GCT,ALP,TBil,DBil,TP,TBA,ALB,HDL-C,LDL-C,Ca~(2+),Na~+,Mg~(2+),CL~+,HCO~(3-)与普通管的检验结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在临床生化检验中,肝素钠和肝素锂抗凝血浆可以代替血清应用,可获得较为准确的检验结果,为疾病诊疗提供有效依据。
Objective: To observe the effect of heparin sodium and lithium heparin anticoagulant plasma instead of serum in clinical biochemistry test. Methods: Ninety blood sampling patients from March 2014 to September 2014 were selected. The blood samples of the patients were divided into three groups, which were placed in ordinary test tubes, heparin lithium anticoagulation tubes and heparin sodium anticoagulation tubes for biochemical tests , Compare the three test results. Results: The biochemical test results of heparin sodium and heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma showed that BUN, UA, AST, ALT, GCT, ALP, TBil, DBil, TP, TBA, ALB, HDL- +, Na +, Mg ~ (2 +), CL ~ +, HCO ~ (3-) were not significantly different from those of ordinary tube (P> 0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical biochemical tests, heparin sodium and heparin lithium anticoagulant plasma can replace the serum application, can obtain more accurate test results, provide an effective basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
