21世纪初,中国已经成为世界文化大国,同时正在向世界文化强国迈进。为进一步培养能适应信息化、知识经济时代的优秀人才,高校教育教学管理也在不断创新,反映在学校文化建设方面,就是教学改革的发展与推进。新时期的教学改革作为发展中的事物,具有较强的实践性与创新性,对传统教学来说是一种必要的补充,具有积极地意义;但同时教改过程中仍存在有待完善的地方。本文主要以乐山师范学院音乐学院首次学校教学改革即短学期教学改革为例进行探讨,肯定积极地一面,同时发现有待完善的地方,并努力提出建设性的建议。 At the beginning of the 21st century, China has become a world cultural power, and at the same time it is moving towards a world cultural power. In order to further cultivate talents capable of adapting to the era of informatization and knowledge economy, the education and teaching management in colleges and universities is constantly innovating. It is reflected in the school culture construction that the development and advancement of teaching reform. Teaching reform in the new period, as a developing subject, has strong practicality and innovation, which is a necessary complement to traditional teaching and has positive meaning. However, there is still room for improvement in the process of teaching reform. This paper mainly discusses the short-term teaching reform of the first school teaching reform of the Music College of Leshan Teachers College, affirming the positive side, simultaneously finding the areas to be perfected and making efforts to make constructive suggestions.
