航空服务专业作为一个实践性非常强的专业,要求我们降低在人才培养目标定位上的主观性,消除课程设置的学科化痕迹,增强岗位能力培养目标的针对性,使实训教学直接贴近企业的职业能力需求,这直接决定了实践教学在本专业中的重要地位。本文结合武汉商学院航空服务专业建设的经验,分析了目前航空服务专业实训课程所存在的一些问题,探索一条符合企业职业能力要求的实训课程改革与发展之路。 As a highly practical profession, aviation service specialty requires us to reduce the subjectivity in the orientation of personnel training, to eliminate the discipline of curriculum, to enhance the pertinence of the training of post ability, to make the training teaching approach the enterprise directly Vocational ability needs, which directly determines the importance of practice teaching in the profession. Based on the experience of the construction of aviation service specialty in Wuhan Business School, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the current aviation service training course, and explores a reform and development of practical training course that meets the requirements of the professional ability of the enterprise.
