针对攀西地区钛铁矿的特点即储量大、品位低、钙镁杂质含量高,提出钛铁矿湿法生产人造金红石的新工艺:钛铁矿细磨-多级逆流浸出。解决了盐酸再生与再生酸循环利用的衔接问题。采用低浓度盐酸多级浸出可得到TiO2品位大于94%的人造金红石产品。 Aiming at the characteristics of ilmenite in Panxi area, which are large reserves, low grade and high content of calcium and magnesium impurities, a new process of artificial production of synthetic rutile by ilmenite is proposed: ilmenite fine grinding - multistage countercurrent leaching. Solve the hydrochloric acid regeneration and regeneration acid convergence problem. Multistage leaching with low concentration of hydrochloric acid can be made of artificial rutile TiO2 products greater than 94%.
