目的:选择并优化何首乌标准饮片的均匀化方法。方法:结合现代分析技术,运用正交试验法,以试验所得粉末的出粉率、二苯乙烯苷、结合蒽醌、浸出物、粉末径距、HPLC指纹图谱指纹峰总面积的测定值为考察指标,考察粉碎时间(A)、投料量(B)、粉碎次数(C)对均匀化方法的影响。结果:采用综合评分法对正交试验结果进行评价,最终优选出最佳均匀化方法为A1B1C2,即粉碎时间30s、投料量1/3、打粉次数3次。结论:通过验证试验,表明最佳均匀化方法稳定可行,为何首乌均匀化标准饮片的质量标准研究提供了参考依据。
Objective: To select and optimize the homogenization method of Polygonum multiflorum. Methods: In combination with modern analytical techniques, the orthogonal test was used to investigate the powder yield, stilbene glycoside, anthraquinone, extract, powder distance and the total area of the fingerprints of HPLC fingerprints Indicators, study crushing time (A), feeding amount (B), the number of crushing (C) on the homogenization method. Results: The results of orthogonal test were evaluated by the comprehensive score method. The optimal homogenization method was A1B1C2, that is, the crushing time was 30s, the dosage was 1/3, the frequency of powdering was 3 times. Conclusion: The validation test shows that the optimal homogenization method is stable and feasible, and provides a reference for the quality standard research of Uniform Radish.
