应用推-挽灌流法和高效液相电-化学检测技术,研究清醒大鼠下丘脑后部5-羟色胺(5-HT)和5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)的释放及药物对其释放的影响。结果表明:5-HT的基础释放量为4~15fmol/min,而5-HIAA为50~150fmol/min,高K~+(80、100mmol/L)可依剂量性增加5-HT的释放,对5-HIAA无明显影响,藜芦定(Veratridin,lμmol/L)也有类似的作用,而河豚毒素(Tetrodotoxin,5μmol/L)使其释放减少。
