利用水溶液法合成的聚丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺吸水树脂对4种不同类型染料废水进行吸附。研究结果显示,该树脂对染料的吸附率由高到低的顺序依次为:孔雀石绿、次甲基蓝、中性红和碱性品红;相对于碱性品红和中性红,该树脂对碱性染料孔雀石绿、次甲基蓝的吸附效果更好,吸附率可达95%;在10mg/L的人工染料废水溶液中树脂对染料的吸附率在pH 6.0时最高,对孔雀石绿、次甲基蓝、中性红和碱性品红的吸附量分别为47.94,45.65,19.18,10.39mg/g。本研究为树脂对工业染料废水的吸附处理提供理论参考。
Polyacrylic acid - acrylamide water absorbent resin synthesized by aqueous solution was used to adsorb four different types of dye wastewater.
