健康饮食不仅要求食物摄取方式健康,更强调营养搭配合理。近日,《美国新闻杂志》评选出三种世界上最好的饮食方式:得舒饮食(DASH diet)、MIND饮食以及TLC饮食。营养科营养师宋新,针对三种健康饮食方式,给出适合国人的建议。最佳降压:得舒饮食饮食原则:得舒饮食是全球医学界首次明确提出的降压饮食。它建议人们低油、低钠饮食,并且吃多种富含钾、钙、镁以及高膳食纤维、不饱和脂肪酸等帮助降血压的食物。
