目的:采用高效液相色谱法同步考察三七乳膏中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1,Rb1,Rd的体外透皮能力。方法:优选梯度洗脱及检测条件,采用Franz透皮扩散仪进行三七乳膏的裸鼠体外透皮实验,测定三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1,Rb1,Rd的累积透皮量。结果:建立三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1,Rb1,Rd的高效液相同步检测方法,体外透皮吸收符合零级速率特征。结论:本研究为三七乳膏的质量控制及临床应用提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study in vitro the transdermal delivery of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1 and Rd in Panax notoginseng by HPLC. Methods: Gradient elution and detection conditions were optimized. The transdermal experiment of Panax notoginseng cream in nude mice was performed by Franz transdermal diffuser. The cumulative transdermal amount of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1, Rd was determined. Results: The simultaneous detection of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1, Rb1 and Rd was established. The transdermal absorption in vitro was in line with the zero-order rate characteristic. Conclusion: This study provides the basis for the quality control and clinical application of Sanqi cream.
