采用36个SSR引物对先玉335的418个DH系进行分子鉴定,并与田间形态性状调查结果对比。结果表明:DNA指纹技术是鉴定DH系材料是否完全纯合的有效手段,仅通过田间表型鉴定很难准确判断材料是否纯合。规范的加倍扩繁程序是解决DH系较高混杂状况的根本措施。
A total of 418 DH lines from Xiangyu 335 were identified by using 36 SSR primers and compared with the results of field morphological investigation. The results showed that DNA fingerprinting was an effective method to identify whether DH material was completely homozygous. It is difficult to judge whether the material is homozygous simply by field phenotype identification. The normative doubling and multiplication procedure is the fundamental measure to solve the problem of the high confusion of DH system.
