用SEM和EDS法分析比较森吉米尔法和双镀Galfan合金镀层的显微组织,研究了森吉米尔法浸镀温度和时间对过渡层的影响。结果表明,森吉米尔法镀层厚度比双镀镀层厚,且表面层组织致密度好。不同的预处理工艺对Galfan镀层中的合金化反应产物没有明显影响,在过渡层中靠近基体和表面层位置分别形成FeAlZnx相和FeAl3Znx相。过渡层的生长主要受浸镀温度和浸镀时间的影响。
SEM and EDS were used to analyze and compare the microstructure of the Sendzimir method and the double-plated Galfan alloy coating. The effect of the Sendzimir method immersion temperature and time on the transition layer was studied. The results show that the Sendzimir method coating thicker than the double plating thickness, and the surface layer density is good. Different pretreatment processes have no significant effect on the alloying reaction product in the Galfan coating, and the FeAlZnx phase and the FeAl3Znx phase are formed in the transitional layer close to the substrate and the surface layer respectively. Transition layer growth is mainly affected by immersion temperature and immersion time.
