现行的“三下”采煤规程规定以下沉10 mm作为边界点来确定地表移动盆地的边界角,并根据不同覆岩类型指出边界角值为50°~65°。但厚松散层矿区地表沉陷实测资料和矿区采动损害实例表明,现行边界角确定方法及角值大小不能很好满足矿山工程需要,提出了厚松散层矿区以地表移动盆地边缘处水平移动10 mm作为边界点来确定边界角,边界角值在规程规定的基础上减少5°~10°等修改建议,对矿山安全高效生产具有指导意义和实用价值。
