目的观察蒙脱石散联合多维元素片局部治疗小儿口腔溃疡的疗效及对血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的影响。方法 120例反复发生口腔溃疡患儿,按数字表法随机分为对照组(59例)和观察组(61例)。对照组予双料喉风散局部喷敷治疗;观察组采用蒙脱石散加多维元素片研磨成粉涂抹患处。均每日3~4次。观察两组临床疗效、治愈时间、不良反应发生率、细胞因子水平及复发率。结果观察组总有效率为95.1%(58/61),显著高于对照组(χ~2=5.214,P<0.05)。观察组治愈时间为(3.56±0.74)d,复发率为4.3%,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组IL-2显著高于对照组,TNF-α显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒙脱石散加复合维生素片研磨成粉末局部治疗小儿复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著,能明显缩短治愈时间,改善炎性细胞因子水平,降低复发率且安全性好。 Objective To observe the curative effect of montmorillonite combined with multi-dimensional element on local treatment of oral ulcer in children and its effect on serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α). Methods A total of 120 children with oral ulcer were randomly divided into control group (n = 59) and observation group (n = 61) according to the digital table method. The control group to double throat wind scattered local spray treatment; observation group using montmorillonite powder plus multi-dimensional element grinding to the affected area. 3 to 4 times a day. The clinical curative effect, cure time, adverse reaction rate, cytokine level and recurrence rate were observed in both groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 95.1% (58/61), which was significantly higher than that in control group (χ ~ 2 = 5.214, P <0.05). The cure time in the observation group was (3.56 ± 0.74) days, the recurrence rate was 4.3%, which was significantly different from the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the level of IL-2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the level of TNF-α in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of recurrent oral ulcer with montmorillonite powder plus vitamin tablet is very effective in treating children with recurrent oral ulcer. It can shorten the healing time, improve the level of inflammatory cytokines, reduce the recurrence rate and have good safety.
