信访处理工作是医院管理的一项重要内容,是医院行政管理部门与患者进行沟通、交流、对话、协商的桥梁和纽带,对解决群众实际问题、化解医患纠纷、和谐医患关系有着非常重要的作用。为进一步加强医院信访处理工作,提高医院管理水平,本文分析2011—2013年上海市嘉定区南翔医院处理的医疗信访案例,并提出相关对策。1资料与方法1.1资料来源2011—2013年该院信访办登记处理的全部医疗
