利用谷子光敏不育源292为父本,与不同生态类型的优良品种进行有性杂交,经多代选择,从杂交组合坝谷239×292中,选育出光(温)敏不育系821。研究表明:(1)长日照诱导不育,短日照诱导可育,幼穗生长锥伸长至雌雄蕊分化期为光诱导育性转换敏感期。(2)温度对育性的有效作用时期在四分体时期,短日照下温度作用显著,长日照下温度作用不显著。(3)不育性由一对隐性核基因控制。(4)在张家口为代表的春谷区,长日照15h条件下分期播种821,没有可育期;在河北省南部自然光温环境下,早播为不育期,晚播为可育期
The male sterile line 292 of millet was used as the male parent and crossed with the elite hybrids of different ecotypes. After several generations of selection, the photo (thermo) sensitive male sterile line 821 was bred from the hybrid rice combination Dam Valley 239 × 292. The results showed that: (1) The long-day light-induced sterile and short-day light-induced fertility, and the growth of the young spikelet to the pistil and stamen differentiation stage were sensitive periods of light-induced fertility transformation. (2) Effective period of temperature on fertility period In the period of tetrad, the effect of temperature on short-day was significant, and the effect of temperature on long-day was not significant. (3) Sterility is controlled by a pair of recessive nuclear genes. (4) In Spring Valley, represented by Zhangjiakou, 821 sowed in long-day under the conditions of 15h, there is no fertile period; in the natural light and temperature environment in southern Hebei Province, early sowing is sterile, late sowing is fertile
