通过对ZL50轮式装载机驱动桥内齿轮轮齿硬度的计算,确定了既满足设计和使用要求,又易于加工的内齿轮轮齿的合适硬度。同时,此法也适用于变速箱、驱动桥中其它直齿圆柱齿轮的硬度计算。
Based on the calculation of the gear tooth hardness of the driving axle in the ZL50 wheel loader, the suitable hardness of the gear tooth of the internal gear which meets the design and application requirements and is easy to be processed is determined. At the same time, this method is also applicable to the gearbox, drive spur other spur gear hardness calculation.
