随着市场经济的不断完善和发展,人力资源已经被看做是企业各种战略资源中最为重要的一种资源,也是企业发展的最关键的因素。激励,作为开发和管理人力资源的一个重要方法,已经被越来越多的企业所运用。本文简要分析了激励的含义、类型、作用,并针对企业人力资源管理中激励现状,提出完善建议。
With the continuous improvement and development of the market economy, human resources have been regarded as the most important resource in all kinds of strategic resources of an enterprise, and also the most crucial factor in the development of an enterprise. Incentives, as an important method of developing and managing human resources, have been used by more and more enterprises. This article briefly analyzes the meaning, type and function of motivation, and puts forward some suggestions according to the motivation in enterprise human resource management.
