Marine effluent bronze and its alloy surface often covered with a layer of condensate, cover the original surface of artifacts. In this paper, 22 pieces of bronze fragments from the watertight shipwreck of Nan’ao I in the Ming Dynasty were used as the research objects. X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM / EDS ) And other methods to analyze the surface condensate composition, found that it is mainly calcified coagulation, and on this basis, the use of mechanical removal of surface coagulation, desalination protection for the preparation conditions. The results of this study can provide reference and reference for the protection of effluent copper in the South China Sea.
