为节省钢材 ,降低成本 ,减小减速器的质量 ,以减速器齿轮的体积最小为优化设计目标 ,以设计变量的约束函数来保证减速器的性能指标 ,用混合罚函数法MPOP优化程序对CYJ1 4—6— 89HF抽油机的双圆弧齿轮减速器的齿轮参数进行了优化设计。设计中选取低速级齿轮模数为 8或 9时 ,得到两组满足强度条件的优化结果 ,齿轮材料分别减少 1 7 7%和 2 9 97%。生产了优化设计的双圆弧齿轮减速器 80多台 ,节省材料费用近 40万元 ;一些减速器已投入现场使用 ,效果良好
