目的研制适合住院手术患者手术室服务体验的问卷量表。方法以美国Schmitt战略体验模块为理论框架自制的调查量表,以此对某三甲医院200名住院手术患者进行手术室服务期望与感受调查,检测量表的信度和效度。结果服务期望和服务感受量表总的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.901和0.912,奇偶分半系数分别为0.814和0.867,各维度的α系数>0.7;量表各条目得分与总体体验得分之间Pearson相关系数为0.487~0.701(P<0.01)。结论自制的住院手术患者手术室服务体验调查量表的信度和效度良好,可用于相关研究。
Objective To develop a questionnaire suitable for the operation experience of operating room in hospitalized patients. Methods A self-made questionnaire based on Schmitt’s strategic experience module in the United States was used to investigate the service expectations and feelings of the 200 inpatients in a top three hospital and to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results The Cronbach’sα coefficients of service expectation and service experience questionnaire were 0.901 and 0.912, respectively. The coefficients of odd and even halves were 0.814 and 0.867 respectively, and the α coefficients of all dimensions were> 0.7. The scores of each item in the scale and the overall experience score were Pearson The correlation coefficient was 0.487 ~ 0.701 (P <0.01). Conclusion The reliability and validity of the self-made in-patient operating room service experience questionnaire are good and can be used in related research.
