尽管各个公司都有机会使用最新的技术、复杂的计算方法和客户关系管理(CRM),但有效细分的基础仍然是彻底的业务分析以及如下的三大关键组成部分——细分的特征、时间和赢利能力。如右图所示,有效细分的三个组成部分分别代表一个轴,每类客户都根据三个组成部分的情况在企业商机图上占有自己的位置。
