目的探讨凝血酶敏感蛋白-1(TSP-1)、生长转化因子-β(TGF-β)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ(PPAR-γ)在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与血管生成的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法对62例胶质瘤组织中的TSP-1、TGF-β和PPAR-γ的表达及微血管密度(MVD)进行检测。结果 TSP-1、TGF-β和PPAR-γ在低级别胶质瘤中的阳性率分别为78.1%、43.7%和93.7%;在高级别胶质瘤中的阳性率分别为46.7%、93.3%和40.0%,PPAR-γ、TSP-1与TGF-β的表达均呈负相关(P<0.05)。低级别组MVD为26±5.2,高级别组MVD为41±7.3,二者之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TSP-1、PPAR-γ与MVD呈负相关(P<0.05),TGF-β与MVD呈正相关(P<0.05))。结论 TSP-1、TGF-β、PPAR-γ与脑胶质瘤组织的MVD密切相关,可能参与了脑胶质瘤血管生成的调控。
Objective To investigate the expression of TSP-1, TGF-β and PPAR-γ in gliomas And its relationship with angiogenesis. Methods The expression of TSP-1, TGF-β and PPAR-γ in 62 glioma tissues and the microvessel density (MVD) were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of TSP-1, TGF-β and PPAR-γ in low grade gliomas were 78.1%, 43.7% and 93.7% respectively. The positive rates in high grade gliomas were 46.7%, 93.3% And 40.0%, PPAR-γ, TSP-1 and TGF-β were negatively correlated (P <0.05). The MVD of the low-grade group was 26 ± 5.2, and the MVD of the high-grade group was 41 ± 7.3. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of TSP-1 and PPAR-γ were negatively correlated with MVD (P <0.05), while TGF-β was positively correlated with MVD (P <0.05). Conclusion TSP-1, TGF-β and PPAR-γ are closely related to MVD in glioma tissues and may be involved in the regulation of glioma angiogenesis.
